Order cancellations will be subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.  
Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and unused.  
Refunds will be made minus a cancellation fee of no more than 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.  
Customized products or services already provided cannot be returned or canceled.  
In case of a defective product or mismatch with the order, the customer must notify within 7 days of receipt.
